I tried contacting you a few times as my package was marked as delivered but I never got anything. I also contacted usps and they said there was nothing they could do
The hilt looks great, but the manual only covers electronic functions. Not sure how the parts in bag fit. Button cover is loose. Tried emailing customer service, no response yet.
Got my Revan and oh my gosh this is the best purchase of my adult life. The hilt has a perfect weight to it and feels so strong and sturdy. Even the baselit model is bright enough to light up a room and get everyone's attention. The motion effects are smooth and there see multiple versions depending on your taste. Recharges fast and easy with a built in USB port. Just can't say enough good things! Best May 4th purchase decision ever! We will be back. And in greater numbers.
Got it delivered in a week to TN. Also, I shopped around and this seems to have the best price.
So far everything is working and the hilt feels really well made.
100% recommend.
We have only turned it on three times and each time it locks up and won't turn off no matter what we try. I would appreciate being sent another one and sending this one back please.

I have charged this thing for 4 hours and it doesn’t work. It’s only turning on if you have it plugged in but it doesn’t do anything but glow a bit and you hear little to no sound. I didn’t pay $644 for a proffie 2.2 to do this. I’ve contacted there but we’re unhelpful.

Definitely worth the wait and the money. I can't seem to put mine down . I video called a friend and he . Thought it was cool and I had gotten . Xenopixel and I don't regret my decision. I would highly recommend these . Ones if you want more features for your lightsaber. Thank you Saberspro

I received my Darth Revan saber and couldn't be happier, I also received a "Mystery Saber" and it also didn't disappoint. Customer service was prompt and great, helped me out with a shipping address issue and I received my sabers without issue. Soon I will dive into the programing available for my Profile 2.2 computer setup and the saber of my dreams

I ordered my mystery box sabers on may 1st. While the deals were in affect but my post office has turned the package away cause they are stupids and my home adress didn’t match my post office box. But while speaking with the customer service rep, it has taken me a full 9-10 days to get the issue resolved, and even now as I write this I got the confirmation that the package label was created but hasn’t shipped yet
Lightweight but very durable quality and clean finish. The D-Ring hook is strong and works well. It includes a nice Covertec Wheel, screw and key. The Covertec slot works with Disney Legacy Lightsabers. Highly recommended.
The Luke Skywalker lightsaber is awesome but the problem is the blade does not lay when it's green when it says master as I said it's an awesome lightsaber
First saber I received from saberspro! The hilt has a simple, straight to the point design, but its not "boring" at all. I love the variety of sound fonts and colors you can choose from, as well as sound and visual effects! This saber is amazing! I actually just recently ordered the LEGO saber. I plan on ordering more from here some day.
